Dr. Ajit Kumar Rawat
Founder & Chief Gastroenterologist
Dr. Ajit Kumar Rawat is the visionary founder of Pratha Hospital, established with the mission to provide specialized and compassionate care in the fields of Gastroenterology and Hepatology.
A Gold Medalist in MD (Medicine) and a DM (Gastroenterology) graduate from the prestigious G.B. Pant Hospital, Delhi University, Dr. Rawat has been trained at some of the most renowned medical institutions in India, including Madras Medical College (Chennai), KGMC (Lucknow), and G.B. Pant Hospital (New Delhi).
His extensive clinical exposure, combined with a deep understanding of digestive and liver disorders, enables him to deliver high-precision diagnosis and advanced treatments. Since beginning his private practice in Kanpur, Dr. Rawat has consistently prioritized quality care, patient trust, and ethical medical practices.

Dr. Manju Singh serves as the Managing Director and Head of the Pathology Department at Pratha Hospital. With a strong academic foundation in MBBS and MD (Pathology), she brings deep expertise and leadership to the clinical and administrative arms of the hospital.
Her specialization lies in histopathology particularly in gastrointestinal and liver pathology, Clinical Pathology, and Quality Control. With a sharp diagnostic acumen and a commitment to precision, Dr. Manju Singh ensures that the hospital’s pathology services are consistently accurate, efficient, and aligned with the highest standards of medical excellence.
